GRAPHOSITE was invited to participate at the Nano-Carbon Enhanced Materials (NCEM) consortium meeting (joined to the Advanced Materials for Additive Manufacturing –AMAM- consortium meeting) on the 10th and 11th July 2019 at Wolfson College, Cambridge.
This consortium is run by Cambridge Nanomaterials Technology Ltd, one of the GRAPHOSITE partners who is in charge of Exploitation and Dissemination. The Nano-Carbon Enhanced Materials (NCEM) Consortium was put together in order to provide the consortium members a unique insight into nanocarbon materials such as graphene and carbon nanotubes, facilitate the commercial uptake and bring together potential users with a shared interest to address commercialisation challenges.
Dr Sofia Sampethai from TWI, Dr Nithin Amirth Jayasree from BCC and Thomas Greaves from Haydale were invited to present at the meeting. There was an exhibition desk with information on the GRAPHOSITE project. It was a great opportunity for the GRAPHOSITE project to get the interest of other organisations in their activities and in the forthcoming Open Day.
